Danielle’s Journey in Politics

Danielle Young-Kombo is D.K. Global Consulting's principal consultant and is passionate about supporting and uplifting people of diverse backgrounds in politics and beyond. Danielle has helped elect democrats in presidential, statewide, and local campaigns. Danielle ran for the Colorado state house, winning the primary and was a candidate for the U.S. Senate. She worked as an Advance Associate for the White House, served on progressive and women-led boards, volunteered as a community organizer for nonpartisan advocacy groups, and for several years as Vice President of Colorado Black Women for Political Action (CBWPA). Danielle is currently the Vice President of the League of Women Voters of Colorado (LWVCO).
